1. Using the site
By creating an account on StudyExam you agree to these terms. The site is for personal study and teaching practice.
2. Your account
- Give true details and keep your password and login codes private.
- One account per person. Do not share a premium account.
- We may block accounts that break these terms or try to attack the site.
3. Papers and answers
Past papers belong to the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, and are provided for practice. Worked solutions, model papers, lab activities and the site design belong to StudyExam. Do not copy, sell or republish them without written permission. We check answers carefully, but if you find a mistake please tell us through the contact page.
4. Groups
Group creators and teachers are responsible for the groups they create. Be respectful to other members. Teachers may only invite students they teach.
5. Premium plan and payments
- Premium gives access for the months you pay for. It does not renew by itself.
- Card payments are processed by PayHere. Bank transfers are activated after we check the slip, usually within 30 minutes during working hours.
- Payments are not refundable once premium is active, except where the law requires. Contact us if you were charged by mistake.
- Prices and plans may change; changes do not affect time you already paid for.
6. Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to support the site. They do not give premium access unless stated, and are not refundable.
7. No guarantee
The site is provided "as is". Practice marks on the site do not guarantee results in real exams. We are not liable for loss caused by using the site, as far as the law allows.
8. Law
These terms follow the laws of Sri Lanka.
